Eric Feuillatte, Partner (email)

Mr. Feuillatte has more than 20 years of experience from advising companies on cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and market entry. In 1999 he founded Etradex Corp., a leading cross-border M&A and business development firm which manages cross-border M&A mandates in collaboration with the investment banking departments of mid-sized European banks, European private equity investors, as well as independent European M&A professionals. He is also a co-founder of PME Capital LLC which assists international companies with financing for acquisitions in the United States and invests in private mezzanine and equity transactions.

Mr. Feuillatte previously spent fourteen years in management and sales and marketing positions for a leading European consumer products company with operations in Europe and the U.S.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Feuillatte ran U.S. operations and was responsible for managing product launches, marketing programs, distributor and retailer relationships, as well as budgeting and P&L. He also managed a 40+ person staff in Europe

Mr. Feuillatte received a business administration degree from Ecole de Commerce de Paris and completed post graduate studies at Paris Dauphine Universit¨¦.

Mr. Guthammar has more than 20 years of experience from advising companies on cross-border acquisitions and divestitures. In 2005 he founded Windeye Partners which provides advice to growth companies regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the United States and in Europe. He is also a co-founder of PME Capital LLC which assists international companies with financing for acquisitions in the United States and invests in private mezzanine and equity transactions.

Previously Mr. Guthammar spent ten years with a boutique mergers & acquisitions advisory firm focused on cross-border middle-market transactions between Europe, the United States and Latin America, where he was a Managing Director and shareholder.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Guthammar was the deputy head of M&A for the Americas at Credit Lyonnais, and was a Vice President at the merchant banking arm of Credit Agricole, with involvement in M&A, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity transactions.

Mr. Guthammar received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a business degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Timothy H. Turner, Partner (email)

Tim Turner is a veteran investment banker and attorney with over twenty years of experience providing M&A, capital formation and financial and legal advisory services to companies, governments and investors globally. He is specialized in food and agriculture, and has very extensive experience in the dairy, beef, pork, poultry and food processing industries. His clients span across the food chain, from genetics, farming and production, to meat packing and processing, to leading brands and retail. Mr. Turner has helped companies raise capital for startup, acquisition and recapitalization, and advised clients in restructuring and bankruptcy. He has served as lead investment banker on M&A assignments throughout the world.

Mr. Turner has held investment banking positions previously in New York with Lehman Brothers and Prudential Securities, in Chicago with Key Capital Advisors (Managing Director) and in Los Angeles with Trinity Capital (Partner, Managing Director and Manager of the Food Group). In 2006, he created Kings Road Holdings Inc.

Mr. Turner began his career as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. He holds an MBA in finance from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University and a JD in law with high honors from The John Marshall Law School. In 2004, he co-authored the book, Global Protein Industry, A Focus on North America and Developing Nations, along with Canada-based George Morris Centre. He prepares and distributes annually to clients a Protein Industry Update for the Meat and Specialty Cheese sectors. He is a prior recipient of Key Capital Advisors Investment Banker of the Year award. He obtained NASD Series 7 and 63 brokerage licenses in 1989 and 1994, respectively, and is a member in good standing of the Illinois bar.

After receiving a Masters degree from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland in 2005, Ms. Cao has worked as a consultant with supply chain logistics, sourcing, market research and mergers & acquisitions in Switzerland, the United States and China. A native Mandarin and Shanghai dialect speaker, Ms. Cao also speaks fluent French and English.

Ms. Wang is currently responsible for business development at a leading distributor of laboratory consumables and instruments in China. She previously spent more than ten years in accounting and finance with Iron Mountain, the J. Jill Group and other firms in United States. Ms. Wang received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University, and an A.S. in Management from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. A native Mandarin speaker she also speaks fluent English.
